Coach Cal Hubbard. Record of 29-4. In the first game of the State Tourney, the Pioneers smothered Sherrard with an aggressive defense to win 55-34. Next up, the Pioneers triumphed over previously-unbeaten and top-ranked Augusta Southeastern by a score of 63-50. The team fell in the Championship game to Findlay, 61-45.
